12 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu, Mount Kenya, Amboseli, Tsavo West & Tsavo East National Park, Camping Safari

DAY 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara

8.00 hrs: leave Nairobi via the Great Rift Valley for Masai Mara to arrive in time for lunch and late afternoon game drive. Experience the breathtaking view of the Mara plains and its wonderful rich wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2: Masai Mara

Full day game viewing dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 3: Masai Mara

Same as Day 2 with a chance of doing a walking Safari.

Dinner / Overnight at the camp.

Equator (The 0 Latitude) 

NB: Walking safari is optional or a visit to a Maasai village.

DAY 4: Lake Nakuru

Pre-breakfast game drive: Depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru . Dinner / overnight at a hotel in Nakuru.

DAY 5: Samburu

Early morning game viewing, then proceed to the Northern part of Kenya , Arrive Samburu National Reserve in time for your late afternoon game viewing - Dinner / Overnight at the camp.

DAY 6: Samburu

Full day in Samburu, with an early morning and late afternoon game drive. Samburu is a beautiful and and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. Optional activites include a visit to a local Samburu village, camel riding and guided nature and bird walks.

All meals and overnight at sentrim camp samburu.

DAY 7: Mt. Kenya

Depart Samburu after breakfast and drive to the lower slopes of Mt. Kenya arriving in time for lunch. Relax the afternoon away as you watch game from the balcony with an optional guided nature walk. Overnight floodlit game viewing - Mountain Lodge rightfully boasts of having the highest record of animal visits and sightings in the area.

DAY 8: Amboseli

Depart Mt. Kenya for Amboseli National Park with a stopover in Nairobi for lunch. Arrive Amboseli late afternoon in time for your game drive en-route to the camp.

DAY 9: Amboseli

Proceed for an early morning game drive hoping to view the snow capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, return to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for your mid morning game viewing. Lunch is held at the camp. Relax between 1500 hrs and 1600 hrs. Afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 10: Tsavo West National Park

Early morning proceed for your last game drive as you leave camp for Tsavo west National park. Game viewing and lunch en-route. Dinner / Overnight at camp.

DAY 11: Tsavo East National Park

Visit the Mzima springs en-route to Tsavo East National park . Afternoon game viewing in Tsavo East.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 12: Nairobi

After breakfast proceed for a game drive. After lunch leave for Nairobi.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SAFARI:

- Transport in a 9-seater safari minibus.
- Airport transfers.
- One night accommodation at a Nairobi hotel on Bed & Breakfast
- All game park entrance fees.
- All campsite fees.
- All campsite equipment.
- Bottled water whilst on safari
- Two-person tents.
- Camp chairs.
- Three meals a day.
- All government taxes and levies where applicable.

WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE SAFARI:

- International airfares
- All expenditure of personal nature such as telephone calls and laundry
- Tips and gratuities to driver guides, lodge, or hotel staff.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

- Sleeping bag.
- Small suitcase or rucksack (excess luggage can be securely left at our offices, free of charge).
- Sturdy safari clothes, jeans, T-shirts, jumper, or anorak for cool evenings and early mornings.
- Torch, toiletries, bath towel and insect repellant
- Film for the duration of the safari.
